Assured Performance Network was founded in 2004 by Scott Biggs and several collision industry notable shop owners. The organization was created to address the rapidly changing industry and represent the interests of the collision repair professional and their partnering vendors and manufactures.
Assured Performance Network is really three separate entities that work in harmony.
- A non-profit consumer advocacy organization to set standards and identify which body shops are qualified according to a set of verifiable standards and criteria.
- A body shop legal cooperative (co-op) that provides the qualified shops with financial rewards (rebates) from participating vendors and allows them to work together under a legal structure.
- A management company that oversees and operates the Co-Op and Non-Profit Organization.
The Network focuses on three main objectives
- Helping you regain and retain ownership of the consumer.
- Providing a means to reestablish shop's profitability and remain competitive through improved business practices, superior marketing techniques and tools, and education.
- Provide a means whereby repair businesses can leverage their mass purchasing and collective market share with manufactures, and vendors to improve efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
The network is by far the worlds largest, providing complete blanket coverage across the U.S. with nearly 3,500 best-in-class collision repair businesses located in nearly every community. The Network represent nearly $10 billion in collective annual gross sales. The average member has been in business for nearly 25 years, maintains top credit rating, and achieves annual sales in the top 50% of the market averaging approximately $2.5 million.
The members have also undergone a qualifying process that ensure they meet operational standards, customer service requirements, and a minimum of essential tools, equipment and training.

Your membership information and participation is also private and protected accordingly. No third party may capture, data-mine, or use this data or any confidential information in any way without your specific authorization. None of your data is being "pumped" or extracted without your consent. Further, your business profile or performance metrics are never shared with any vendor without your explicit consent. Your business and personal information are not shared with any vendor for solicitation purposes. Assured Performance membership lists are never shared with vendors or made available for commercial solicitation purposes.
With your permission, dealers and vendors that you designate will be provided with a means to communicate with you specific to the products, services and programs you elect to use. This is an integral part of the Co-Op and necessary to earn your rebate reward. This information is treated as confidential and will be treated as such by Assured Performance and our vendors. The terms of any vendor agreements and any special Co-Op pricing, terms, or discounts are also confidential and must be treated as such at all times. Further, your customer information is available for your use only and will not be shared with outside entities without your express and explicit consent. All member data is protected using the best available data security available.
